Job Title: Network Engineer Versa SD-WAN

Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Education: 15 years of full-time education required
Shift: Flexible 24/7 rotational shifts

Job Description:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN infrastructure, including Versa Director, Versa Analytics, and branch CPE devices.
• Configure SD-WAN policies, application steering, QoS, and traffic shaping.
• Troubleshoot routing, connectivity, failover, and network performance issues.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and access points.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Handle L2/L3 escalations, incident resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Coordinate network changes and collaborate with technical teams.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Versa SD-WAN.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, and QoS.
• Experience with MPLS, Broadband, LTE/4G/5G, IPSec, and GRE tunnels.
• Knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Juniper JunOS, or Versa OS.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage 24/7 operational support.
