Handle day-to-day backbone network-related issues and provide L1 operational support.

Perform L1 troubleshooting for node isolation, hardware issues, logical issues, and network errors.

Monitor network protocols including ISIS and BGP.

Monitor and troubleshoot device isolation and related network alarms.

Monitor fiber-related alarms in circuits and take appropriate troubleshooting actions.

Monitor Cisco network devices including AG1, AG2, AG3, AG4, and TOR switches.

Monitor and resolve Trouble Tickets (TTs) related to network incidents and alarms.

Monitor fiber link-down alarms in WDM devices.

Support troubleshooting and resolution of WDM-related issues involving Nokia devices.

Coordinate incident handling and ensure timely resolution of assigned network issues.

Use network monitoring and operational tools for troubleshooting, monitoring, and ticket resolution.
