Network Engineer - SD-WAN

Location: Chennai / Indore
Experience: 5-10 Years

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments.
• Monitor network performance and manage alerts/incidents.
• Troubleshoot WAN/MPLS connectivity and transport layer issues.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, uCPE, and WAN accelerators.
• Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, and security enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers during service activation and implementation.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Network Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in SD-WAN platforms such as Versa, Viptela, Meraki, VeloCloud, Fortinet, or Silver Peak.
• Experience working on large-scale MPLS/SD-WAN projects.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise networking environments.

Preferred

• CCNA or SD-WAN Certification.
• Experience in 24x7 support environment (Rotational Shifts)
