Experience Min 10 years in Switching and Routing, Min 5 years in any 2 skills (NAC/SDWAN/Load balancer), Min 4 years in any Firewall and work exposure Azure Network

Location Bangalore

Shifts – 24/7 Support, Rotational Shifts, 5 days working

Budget : 25 - 27 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, including Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Load Balancers, SD-WAN, Network Access Control (NAC), and Azure Networking. The candidate will be responsible for network implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining high availability and security across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Switching & Routing

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, EtherChannel/LACP, HSRP/VRRP, DHCP, DNS, ARP and related protocols.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6 and subnetting.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
• Perform network troubleshooting using tools such as ping, traceroute, packet capture and network monitoring platforms.
• Manage network changes, upgrades, migrations, and incident resolution.

Firewall & Network Security

• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower or equivalent.
• Configure and troubleshoot security policies, NAT, VPN, IPS/IDS, URL filtering and application controls.
• Experience with IPSec and SSL VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Analyze firewall logs and troubleshoot connectivity and security-related issues.
• Participate in firewall upgrades, migrations, rule reviews, and policy optimization.

Load Balancing

• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, or equivalent.
• Configure and troubleshoot Virtual Servers, Pools, Pool Members, Health Monitors and Persistence.
• Understanding of LTM and basic GSLB concepts.
• Troubleshoot application connectivity and load-balancing issues.

SD-WAN

• Experience with enterprise SD-WAN technologies such as Cisco SD-WAN/Viptela, Fortinet SD-WAN, VMware VeloCloud or equivalent.
• Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN edge devices, overlays, tunnels and routing.
• Understanding of underlay/overlay architecture, application-aware routing, QoS and path selection.
• Monitor SD-WAN performance and resolve connectivity issues.

NAC – Network Access Control

• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass or equivalent NAC solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot 802.1X, MAB, RADIUS and TACACS+.
• Implement device authentication, authorization, profiling and posture policies.
• Troubleshoot endpoint authentication and network-access issues.
• Integrate NAC solutions with switches, wireless infrastructure and Active Directory where required.

Azure Networking

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure networking.
• Strong understanding of:
• Azure Virtual Networks (VNet)
• Subnets and NSGs
• Route Tables / UDR
• VNet Peering
• VPN Gateway
• ExpressRoute
• Azure Load Balancer
• Application Gateway
• Azure Firewall
• Private Endpoints / Private Link
• Azure DNS
• Experience troubleshooting connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure.
• Understanding of hybrid networking and secure connectivity between on-premises data centers and Azure.
• Experience with Azure network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
