Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot network and security devices, including routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Palo Alto security appliances.
• Work with Panorama, WildFire, and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Manage Cisco routers, switches, Nexus 9K, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), and Cisco ISE.
• Troubleshoot complex WAN, LAN, and data centre network issues.
• Handle incident management, change management, production outages, and vendor escalations.
• Prepare network diagrams and technical documentation.
• Lead incident calls and provide technical guidance to L1 engineers.
• Ensure network availability and minimise downtime.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in networking, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of Panorama, WildFire, and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, Nexus 9K, WLC, and Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP, MPLS, VRF, QoS, and VPN.
• CCNP Routing & Switching certification or higher.
• Experience with Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, and Wireshark.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and vendor management.

Preferred Skills

• Palo Alto certification (PCNSA/PCNSE).
• Fortinet Firewall experience.
• Experience in data centre environments and cloud-hosted deployments.

Important Requirement: Candidates must be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and independently handle complex network issues.
