About this role
Role & responsibilities
1. Handling Versa-related operational issues
Troubleshooting Versa SD-WAN issues
Analyzing service degradation or outages
Performing preliminary diagnostics and coordinating deeper investigations
2. TAC Case Management
Raising support cases with Versa TAC team for product-related faults
Ensuring timely follow-ups, escalation handling, and closure of TAC cases
Maintaining documentation and RCA records for all TAC interactions
3. SD-WAN & Security Policy Modifications
Implementing change requests for SD-WAN fabric, routing, segmentation, and overlays
Customizing or updating security policies, URL filtering rules, threat-prevention rulesets, or firewall configurations within the Versa solution
Coordinating planned change windows and ensuring adherence to Kotaks change management processes
Location - Mumbai ( BKC)
WM - WFO
WD - Mon - Sat 10 am to 6 pm
Salary - 5th of every month
