Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using BlueCoat products such as DDI (Domain Name System) and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol).
- Troubleshoot issues related to DNS resolution, IP address allocation, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for network security, scalability, and reliability.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in BlueCoat technologies.
- Strong understanding of DNS configuration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with DDI (Domain Name System) implementation and management.
