About this role
- Manage and maintain the school’s IT and network infrastructure across multiple campuses.
- Configure, monitor, and secure firewall systems to ensure safe and reliable network operations.
- Implement, manage, and monitor antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
- Administer CCTV and surveillance systems, ensuring effective campus-wide coverage and functionality.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Wi-Fi and wireless networking solutions for school campuses.
- Manage mobile connectivity solutions and integration with school communication systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network switches, routers, and related hardware devices.
- Ensure data security, regular backups, and disaster recovery processes are effectively implemented.
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure issues and resolve escalated technical concerns in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, infrastructure expansions, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, networking, and IT support requirements.
- Maintain documentation related to network architecture, configurations, and IT assets. Need a person with good communication skills, and open to travel for a few days across locations for Network Planning work.
