Must Have:

• Administer and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
• Support and  manage Palo Alto Firewalls , security policies, NAT, IPS, URL filtering, and threat prevention.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching environments.
• Maintain VPN solutions (Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, IPSec, SSL VPN).
• Support and optimize Wi-Fi infrastructure, wireless access points, and controllers.
• Implement and maintain network security controls, segmentation, and access policies.
• Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, packet loss, and latency.
• Perform firewall rule reviews, access management, and security compliance checks.
• Support network changes, upgrades, firmware updates, and patch management.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventory.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL practices.

Technical Skills

• Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Static Routing.
• Switching Technologies: VLANs, STP, VTP, HSRP, EtherChannel.
• Palo Alto Firewalls: Security Policies, NAT, App-ID, GlobalProtect VPN
• VPN Technologies: IPSec, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN.
• Wireless Technologies: Cisco WLC,  Aruba Wireless.
• Network Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, NTP.
• Network Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds,  Wireshark.
• Security Concepts: IDS/IPS, Network Segmentation, Zero Trust, NAC.
