Netsuite Technical Consultant

Role & responsibilities :

Around 6-7 years of experience as a NetSuite Technical Consultant and Senior Software Engineer, with experience in various aspects of NetSuite projects, including full lifecycle implementations, advanced customizations, integrations, and ongoing production support. Proven track record of delivering robust, scalable ERP solutions for global enterprise clients.

Technical Summary

Experienced in customizing NetSuite to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients, with expertise in:

• Customization & Development: Developed and executed customizations to tailor NetSuite functionalities to meet specific client requirements, including creating custom forms, fields, saved searches, and workflows.
• Integrations: Integrated NetSuite with external systems, enhancing capabilities and ensuring cohesive operations within the enterprise IT ecosystem.
• SuiteScripting: Highly skilled in developing and deploying custom scripts within the NetSuite platform using SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1. This includes creating and managing Suitelets, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, MapReduce scripts, and Client Scripts.
• ERP Administration & Support: Managed NetSuite administrative tasks such as configuring roles, permissions, security profiles, and page layouts.
• Strong experience supporting day-to-day post-production issues and gathering new requirements.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Designed custom saved searches, advanced KPIs, and dashboard portlets to deliver actionable business intelligence.
• Security & Access Control: Implemented strict data access controls, restricting user groups to specific saved searches and confidential records.
• APIs & Web Services: Experienced in converting legacy SOAP APIs to REST APIs using OAuth 2.0 authentication for secure, modern communications.
• Business Processes: In-depth understanding of standard business flows, including
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Lead-to-Cash (L2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Projects module working experience would be an added advantage.
