NetSuite Jr. Implementation Associate

• Support senior consultants in end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
• Understand business requirements and assist in mapping them to NetSuite functionality.
• Assist with configuration of NetSuite modules and features based on project requirements.
• Support data preparation, validation, migration, and reconciliation activities.
• Assist in setting up workflows, roles, dashboards, saved searches, forms, and reports.
• Participate in requirement discussions and solution workshops with clients.

• Analyze functional issues reported by clients and identify the root cause.
• Perform configuration-level troubleshooting and propose solutions.
• Work with technical consultants/developers where scripting or customization is required.
• Support enhancement requests and change requests.
• Maintain issue logs and follow up on open items through resolution.

• Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with clients to validate business scenarios.
• Document test results, defects, and resolutions.
• Support regression testing after configuration changes or enhancements.

• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), configuration documents, test scripts and UAT documents, user guides and process documentation, and issue and change logs.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure it is updated throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding requirements, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and project management teams.
• Provide regular status updates to the project lead/manager.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in NetSuite, preferably in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
• Basic to good understanding of NetSuite navigation, configuration, and standard functionality.
• Understanding of core ERP processes such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Inventory Management, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain (Demand and Supply module), and Manufacturing / WIP / Routing.
• Experience with NetSuite saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, roles, and workflows.
• Understanding of NetSuite data structures and standard records.
• Basic understanding of CSV imports and data migration.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a consulting team.
• Willingness to participate in client meetings and learn new NetSuite modules/features.

• NetSuite certification such as SuiteFoundation or Administrator.
• Exposure to SuiteScript or understanding of technical customization.
• Exposure to NetSuite integrations / REST / SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Celigo or other integration platforms.
• Exposure to OneWorld, Multi-Book, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, or other advanced NetSuite features.
• Experience working on international implementations or multi-subsidiary environments.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
