Responsibilities

• Experience in Business Analyst with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Strong expertise of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation.
• Knowledge of NetSuite standard modules, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience working with CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement modules.
• Experience supporting NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and production environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and REST-based integrations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or SuiteAnalytics is an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, or NetSuite integrations.
• Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and recommend scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and support NetSuite modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor integration processes and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements within NetSuite.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
