OYO is looking for a skilled Netherlands Payroll Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. If you have hands-on experience managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and handling payroll-related queries, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Netherlands payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.

Ensure compliance with Dutch payroll regulations, tax requirements, and social security contributions.

Handle payroll reconciliations, deductions, benefits, and statutory reporting.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.

Support payroll audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and local legislation.

Resolve employee queries related to salary, payslips, taxes, and payroll deductions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in Netherlands payroll processing and Dutch payroll compliance.

Knowledge of Dutch tax, social security, and statutory payroll requirements.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
