• Lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications using .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .NET Core, and ReactJS.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain .NET Core APIs and web applications.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including Stored Procedures, Views, and complex Joins.
• Review code, technical designs, requirements, and test plans to ensure quality and standards.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development team members.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Participate in application architecture, technical documentation, and solution design.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor team members and support them in resolving technical challenges.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in .NET application development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead/Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.
• Good experience in ReactJS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with jQuery, jQuery UI, and AG-Grid.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Views, and Joins.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST/.NET Core APIs.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and technical design skills.
• Experience in preparing/reviewing requirements, test plans, and design documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
