.NET Technical Architect

Position:** .NET Technical Architect

Experience Required:** 12+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Define, design, and implement end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications using **.NET Core and related technologies**.

- Architect and build **secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant** solutions leveraging **Microservices architecture**.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture, design patterns, and technology decisions.

- Lead modernization initiatives including **cloud migration and adoption of cloud-native services** (Azure/AWS preferred).

- Establish and enforce **DevOps practices** including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.

- Define strategies for **quality engineering and test automation** to ensure high product reliability.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams on **design, coding standards, and best practices**.

- Drive architectural reviews, conduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and evaluate emerging technologies.

- Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business and functional requirements.

- Ensure application security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Must have Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline**.

- **10+ years** of hands-on experience in **.NET technologies** with strong expertise in **.NET Core**.

- Proven track record in **designing microservices-based architectures** and event-driven/distributed systems.

- Professional experience with **React** (for front-end frameworks) and modern **web application development**.

- Strong experience with at least one major **cloud platform** (Azure/AWS/GCP) including PaaS and SaaS services.

- In-depth knowledge of **DevOps tools and practices** (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, etc.).

- Solid experience with **Oracle Database** and knowledge of relational database design/performance tuning.

- Strong understanding of **application security, scalability, and performance best practices**.

Good to have  Skills

- Knowledge of other front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue) or mobile development frameworks.

- Certifications in **Cloud (Azure/AWS)** or **Architecture ( TOGAF,SAFe)**.

- Experience with **domain-driven design (DDD)** and enterprise integration patterns.
