Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Lead / Architect with 10–14 years of experience in designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise applications using .NET and React.js. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, modern frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs, and application modernization, along with exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.

The candidate will contribute to modernizing legacy enterprise applications, migrating from .NET Framework to .NET Core, and building scalable, responsive, and maintainable applications using React and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Build modern, responsive, and reusable frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Modernize legacy enterprise applications by migrating from monolithic architectures to API-driven and microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on migrating applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core and legacy UI frameworks to React.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Leverage AI-assisted and Agentic AI development tools to improve productivity in coding, refactoring, testing, debugging, and code analysis.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code in accordance with engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment processes.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, Architecture, and UX/UI teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in full stack application development using .NET and React.js.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Good understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand, React Router, and reusable component development.
• Experience building responsive user interfaces using Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, frontend-backend integration, authentication, and security concepts such as JWT and OAuth.
• Experience with enterprise application modernization, legacy system migration, and API-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to frontend migration projects involving legacy UI frameworks and React JS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed application design.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Exposure to Agentic AI-enabled software development and workflow automation.
