.NET Full Stack Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to shape technical direction, lead development teams, and deliver secure, scalable web and mobile solutions using .NET, modern JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement secure, innovative technical solutions, while providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative, high-performing development team.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from planning and requirement analysis to deployment, ensuring adherence to documentation, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and UX/UI designers, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep project goals aligned and communication clear.
• Drive code quality through regular code reviews, coding standards, and best practices, and resolve technical challenges with creative, effective solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to enable knowledge transfer and project continuity.

Technical Skills

Mandatory

• ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, .NET Core, MVVM
• SQL / Microsoft SQL Server, REST APIs, GraphQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Angular or React; Git, Jira
• AWS and Azure

Good to Have

• React Native, Flutter, or .NET MAUI for mobile application development
• Node.js, cross-platform development, and responsive design principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven track record of leading software development projects from inception to delivery.
• Solid understanding of mobile and web security best practices.
