.NET Full Stack Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead development teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions across modern software, cloud, Agile delivery, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals, while leading development teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative, high-performing engineering culture.
• Oversee architecture and delivery of enterprise web, mobile, and cloud applications by adopting modern tools, technologies, best practices, and ensuring code quality, scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product, business, stakeholder, and cross-functional teams while leading
• Agile planning, estimation, ceremonies, release execution, and delivery governance across timelines, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, KPIs, Agile metrics, testing, documentation, deployment, production support, release management, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

Mandatory

• ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, .NET Framework/Core SQL Server, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Angular or React; Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum

Good to Have

• AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Microservices, and DevOps practices
• React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, Node.js, or Java technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading software development teams and managing Agile delivery of enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, cloud platforms, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud-native application experience with knowledge of architecture and design patterns.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, mentoring, innovation, and multi-project management skills.
