Role Purpose:

The .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web, desktop, and mobile applications using the .NET framework. This includes writing efficient, scalable code, implementing new features, and ensuring high performance and security. The developer will collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.

Mandate -

WPF with windows applications, database (Postgresql or SQL server), windows services (optional)

WPF with windows applications, Angular, NodeJS, database (Postgresql or SQL server)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development & Maintenance:

- Develop and maintain high-quality applications using the .NET framework, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Apply expertise in C.NET, WPF, MVVM, threading, and collections to develop responsive, efficient applications.

- Independently strategize, design, develop, and implement enterprise applications for Windows platforms.

2. Code Quality & Optimization:

- Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code, adhering to SOLID design principles and utilizing design patterns such as MVVM.

- Refactor existing code for performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.

3. Database Design & Development:

- Design and develop databases, write complex queries, functions, and stored procedures using SQL to support application needs.

4. Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting:

- Identify, debug, and resolve issues in both new and existing applications to ensure smooth functionality and an excellent user experience.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for delivered solutions.

5. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive software delivery and alignment with project goals.

- Effectively communicate with designers, QA engineers, and project managers.

6. Continuous Learning & Innovation:

- Stay current with advancements in .NET technologies and industry trends.

- Innovate by incorporating new features and technical improvements into projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Experience: 5 to 8 years in .NET development, with proven expertise in C.NET, WPF, MVVM, SOLID principles, and SQL database development.

Skills & Competencies:

- Technical Proficient in C.NET, WPF, MVVM, threading, collections, .NET Core, SQL, PostgreSQL, Git, GitLab, and Kafka.

- Design & Architecture: Solid knowledge of design principles/patterns, particularly MVVM, and experience implementing SOLID principles.

- Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, strong time-management, and a team-oriented mindset.

- Tools: Experience with JIRA for project tracking.
