[Role & responsibilities]

Neosem India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Automation Applications Engineer to support our growing operations and customer needs in India.

The Senior Automation Applications Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for the development and implementation of Neosems Automated Memory Test solutions.

You will be the on-site expert for the equipment's performance and operation, ensuring the system meets customer expectations in the local market.

> Supports the design engineers in the preparation and development of user manuals.

> Knowledge of industrial communications networks such as EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, CC-Link, PROFINET.

> Familiar with Vision systems used in automation controls.

> Analyze system logs (Event logs, Error logs) to identify root causes of equipment issues.

> Troubleshoot PC-based Motion Control systems and Industrial I/O interfaces (Digital/Analog).

> Assist in equipment installation and end-user training.

> May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

[Mandatory Qualification & Experience]

> Bachelors degree in Engineering and Architecture Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering

> English(Fluent) English(Native) English(Fluent)

> 5+ years of hands-on experience in automated controls and electro-mechanical systems.

> Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting electrical control circuits and industrial networks.

> Experienced in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

> Skilled in operating and maintaining machinery integrated with sensors, Servo & Stepper motors/drives.

> Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

> Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and workflow organization.

[Technical Skills]

> Automated Controls & Systems: Automated Electro/Mechanical Systems, Motion Control (Servo & Stepper Motors/Drives), Sensor Integration

> Electrical & Hardware: Electrical Control Circuits, Engineering Drawings & Schematics Reading,Machine Troubleshooting

> Networking & Tools: Network Configuration, Industrial Communication, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) [Soft Skills & Competencies]

[Working Condition]

> Working Days : 5 days (Monday to Friday)
