Job Description:

We are hiring experienced operations professionals for handling core NEFT & RTGS Payment Operations for our client SBI Bank at their Mahape, Navi Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing and monitoring of high-value and high-volume NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS transactions in line with RBI guidelines.
• Timely resolution of failed, delayed, or stuck transactions, processing credit adjustments, and managing return processing.
• Conducting daily reconciliations, ledger checks, and balance variance reporting using advanced Excel models.
• Handling customer and internal banking escalation queries regarding outward/inward payment status with high accuracy.
• Ensuring compliance with settlement cut-off times, audit parameters, and risk monitoring guidelines.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation is Mandatory (Any Graduate).
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in Bank Operations, specifically in NEFT / RTGS / Payment Settlements.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Reconciliation formulas).
• Location: Candidates must be comfortable commuting to / working at Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound understanding of banking settlement cycles.
