Neem Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts for automotive industry.
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control checks, and equipment maintenance schedules.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in operating CNC machines or similar equipment in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of paint shop processes and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in machine operating software and programming languages (e.g., G-code).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
