Ndt Technician

Role & responsibilities

- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on industrial components, welds, and equipment.

- Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT), as per project requirements and relevant qualifications.

- Operate NDT equipment and instruments safely and accurately.

- Inspect materials, weld joints, and components to identify defects and discontinuities.

- Follow applicable inspection procedures, codes, standards, and client specifications.

- Prepare inspection reports, test records, and other required technical documentation.

- Ensure proper calibration and verification of NDT equipment before use.

- Follow site safety procedures and maintain compliance with quality requirements.

- Coordinate with inspection engineers, QA/QC teams, and client representatives.

- Travel to client sites across India as required for inspection projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with a Diploma( Mechanical Engineering)or B.tech in (Mechanical Engineering )or a relevant technical field.

- Candidates with NDT Level II certification in UT, MT, PT, or VT, as applicable to the job.

- Freshers with relevant training and experienced NDT Technicians may apply, depending on project requirements.

- Candidates with practical experience in industrial inspection, weld inspection, and testing procedures are preferred.

- Knowledge of safety standards, quality procedures, and technical reporting.

- Willingness to travel and work at client project sites across India.

- Good communication skills, discipline, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

2. Welding Supervisor

- Experience: 3-5 years

- Salary: 25,00030,000 per month

3. TPI Inspector (Third-Party Inspection)

- Experience: 3–5 years

- Salary: 25,000–30,000 per month

4. PAUT Technician (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing)

- Experience: 4–8 years

- Salary: 38,000–60,000 per month
