Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
1. Investigate, track, and resolve application issues raised by business users, escalating complex problems to relevant teams when required.
2. Good understanding of Salesforce platform, Configuration and Customization
3. Good understanding of nCino platform, OOTB features, nCino UI
4. Good hands-on experience on Salesforce tools such as DataLoader, VS Code.
5. Good understanding of integration in Salesforce platform to troubleshoot and provide support when required
Skills:
1. Salesforce Admin/Developer experience
2. DevOps and CI/CD practices with AutoRabit.
3. Strong problem solving and team collaboration
