Role & responsibilities

Experience - 5+ years

Location - Bangalore

Job Description:

- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright for nCino and Salesforce-based applications.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive test coverage.

- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated test scenarios across web applications and APIs.

- Validate nCino workflows, lending processes, integrations, and custom Salesforce developments to ensure quality and reliability.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development teams to drive timely resolution.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, coding standards, and test automation governance.

- Contribute to test strategy, framework enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts to improve release quality and reduce manual testing effort.

Preferred Skills: nCino, Salesforce_Platform, Playwright, TypeScript/ JavaScript, API_Testing, CI/ CD, Git, Agile/ Scrum, Test_Management_Tools, SQL/ Data_Validation.
