NATS-Trainee

Role Overview

NATS trainees will undergo structured on-the-job training across Production, Maintenance, Quality departments. The goal is to develop technical skills, process understanding, and readiness for engineering roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production, maintenance, or quality functions.
• Operate machines, perform basic technical checks, and maintain logs.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation as per standards.
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality norms.
• Maintain and prepare daily reports/records.
• Participate actively in skill development and training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering concepts.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc completed in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• No backlogs at the time of joining.
• Good academic record preferred.

Willingness to work in shifts/plant environment
