Minimum requirements

• Education: Graduate degree (minimum Bachelors) in Social Sciences/ Humanities/ B. Tech
• Work Experience:
  • At least 5 years experience of data analysis, report writing and documentation
  • Previous experience of working with EMIS data/ data analysis, policy and practice
  • Expertise in using MS-Office application software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) essential, especially Excel.
  • Previous experience of working with the government administrative
• Language Requirements: Good verbal and written communicaton skills in Hindi and English required
• Location required: to be based in Bhopal for the assignment
• Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
  • Ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks to improve systems and provide recommendations
  • Good analytical, writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create a database to address contextual needs.
  • Ability to organize, manage and participate within teams.
• Desirables:
  • Previous experience working with a database on out-of-school children desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in using SPSS is desirable.
