National Service Head - India
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 12 - 15 Years
Department: Service / After-Sales
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Travel: Extensive travel across India
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pan-India service and after-sales operations.
- Manage regional service managers, engineers, and technicians.
- Own service P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and collections.
- Oversee project planning, service delivery, SLA, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop AMC/service contracts and drive recurring service revenue.
- Build and train a strong nationwide service team.
- Work closely with Sales and senior management on business growth.
Must-Have:
- Strong HVAC maintenance & operations experience.
- Essential: Hands-on knowledge of turbines, condensers, and heat exchangers.
- Proven experience managing multi-location field service teams.
- Strong P&L and customer relationship management experience.
- Experience in AMC/service business or Product-as-a-Service is an advantage.
