National Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Drive sales objectives and achieving assigned PAN India targets of sales and collections.
• To lead and manage nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
• Handling P&L for the division.
• To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Manage and oversee the daily sales operations of the sales team.
• Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, training and guidance.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Organizing Hands-on training & creating a large pool of Indian Patients Data along with a battery of trainers all over India.
• Planning & Strategy for all KOLs.
• Ensuring ROI against all BTL Activities.
• Ensuring Collection & implementing approved credit limit.
• Market research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services. Also, to provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
• Ensuring Collection & implementing approved credit limit

Preferred Candidate:

• Someone who has experience in Aesthetic/Cosmetology/Dermatology segment.
