About this role
Role Overview:
A Leading Healthcare Client of Catenon is looking to appoint a National Sales Manager - India to lead its pan-India sales organisation and drive revenue and CM-I growth.
The role will report to the Country Head - India and lead 5 Regional Sales Managers and their respective teams.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy, achieving revenue and market-share targets, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional sales, key account management, distributor/channel development, government tenders and business development across India.
- Sales forecasting, pipeline management, inventory/distributor stock, pricing discipline and sales budgets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15 - 18 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a national/zonal leadership role within healthcare, pharma or medical devices.
- Experience in Infection Prevention & Control, Wound Care products or Medical Consumables will be strongly preferred.
