  10. Job Summary
  12. We are looking for an experienced National Head – Used Car Loan to lead and drive the Used Car Loan business across India. The role will be responsible for business growth, sales strategy, team management, market expansion, and achieving overall business targets.
  14. Key Responsibilities
  16. * Lead the Used Car Loan business across India and drive overall business growth.
  17. * Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
  18. * Drive open market, dealer, OEM and other sourcing channels for Used Car Loans.
  19. * Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, DSA/DST channels, OEM partners and key business partners.
  20. * Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase market penetration.
  21. * Manage and mentor the zonal/regional sales teams and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
  22. * Monitor daily/weekly/monthly business performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
  23. * Improve sourcing quality, conversion ratios and overall sales productivity.
  24. * Work closely with credit, operations, collections and other support functions for smooth business operations.
  25. * Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to improve business strategy.
  26. * Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines and compliance requirements.
  27. * Build a strong and performance-driven sales culture across the team.
  29. Key Skills
  31. * Strong experience in Used Car Finance / Used Car Loan / Auto Finance.
  32. * Proven track record of handling Pan-India business and large sales teams.
  33. * Strong dealer and channel management skills.
  34. * Excellent understanding of the used car market and financing ecosystem.
  35. * Strong business development and market expansion skills.
  36. * Good leadership, team management and decision-making abilities.
  37. * Strong analytical and target-oriented approach.
  38. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  40. Qualification
  42. Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Auto Finance or Used Car Finance.
  44. Preferred Candidate
  46. * Candidates currently handling National / Zonal / Regional-level Used Car Loan or Auto Finance business.
  47. * Strong network across dealer and channel partners will be an added advantage.
  48. * Willingness to travel extensively across India.
