Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with vendors for contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with related processes and regulations.
• Respond to issues and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage documents, provisions, billing data, and payments effectively.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate employees involved in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing warehouse and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with overall organizational objectives.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and facilities, to meet operational demand across regions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and requirements are met effectively.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing mentorship and motivation to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee technology implementation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with customer teams to build strong relationships and address any concerns or issues.
• Conduct warehouse visits for team meetings, audits, and to ensure operational compliance.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and requirements to deliver exceptional service.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management review.

Desired Skills:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

*Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least [X years] in a managerial role.
