National Manager - Services About the Job

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven National Manager - Services. In this pivotal role, you will lead the company s nation-wide sales strategy for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), spares, and value-added services. You will oversee the entire sales lifecycle-from lead generation to contract renewal-with the primary goal of maximizing service revenue, rofitability, and customer retention. You will also be responsible for leading regional teams, setting ambitious sales targets, and building robust, long-term relationships with large commercial and corporate clients.

• Strategic Planning Growth: Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets for AMCs and ongoing service contracts.
• Leadership Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor regional service sales teams. Provide ongoing coaching to ensure the team achieves both quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Customer Acquisition Retention: Identify lucrative new opportunities for AMC expansion across India. Secure new commercial/industrial accounts and take full ownership of overseeing the renewal process for existing contracts.
• Key Account Management: Manage high-value relationships with corporate enterprise clients. Handle high-level negotiations and successfully close complex service agreements.
• Process Improvement: Streamline the end-to-end service sales and onboarding process. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, smooth Service Level Agreement (SLA) execution, and proactively reduce client churn.
• Forecasting Reporting: Prepare highly accurate sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and performance reports for presentation to senior management.
