Job Purpose Identify, monitor and mitigate Education Loan portfolio, process, policy, fraud and collateral risks through analytics, reviews and control assurance. Duties and Responsibilities Principal accountabilities
Monitor portfolio, early-warning, approval and deviation trends. Review sourcing, underwriting, collateral and disbursement controls. Conduct thematic, branch, partner or process reviews. Validate observations, root causes and corrective actions. Review collateral quality and documentation controls where applicable. Track fraud indicators and exception patterns. Prepare risk dashboards and support evidence-based policy changes. Set functional direction and operating rhythm. Own governance, resource priorities and capability building. Sponsor policy, process and technology interventions.Key Decisions / Dimensions Decision rights Make day-to-day decisions within approved policy, process, budget and delegated authority. Escalate policy deviations, material customer impact, fraud indicators, compliance concerns and unresolved cross-functional dependencies.
