Job Summary

The National Account Manager - Quick Commerce will be responsible for owning and growing Hector Beverages's business across leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now and BigBasket.

The role combines sales, category management, commercial ownership and analytics, with responsibility for the P&L of assigned platform accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the end-to-end P&L of assigned quick commerce accounts.
• Drive revenue, margins, profitability and trade-spend efficiency.
• Build and execute Joint Business Plans with platform partners.
• Improve product availability, fill rates and reduce stock-outs.
• Drive visibility, promotions and discoverability across quick commerce platforms.
• Lead SKU onboarding and new product launches.
• Use data and business dashboards to identify growth opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with platform category and buying teams.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, visibility and share of shelf.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing and Category teams for seamless execution.

Profile Look Like / Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on quick commerce experience.
• Preferred background: Brand-side experience managing quick commerce for an FMCG, beverage or D2C brand, or platform-side experience in key account/category management.
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred; a strong Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Age: Under 30 years.
• Ideal profile: Commercially strong, analytical, hands-on and comfortable managing platform relationships and business performance.
• Business orientation: Comfortable owning P&L, negotiations, demand planning, promotions, pricing and performance analytics.
