Role Overview
Godrej Finance is looking for a National Head – Anchor Partnerships to lead and scale the anchor acquisition and relationship charter for its Supply Chain Finance business. Key Responsibilities
- Anchor Acquisition & Pipeline Building: Identify, prospect, and onboard large corporate anchors (manufacturers, distributors, large enterprises) for supply chain finance programs such as dealer/vendor financing, invoice discounting, factoring and other SCF Products.
- Partnership Structuring: Lead commercial and structural negotiations with anchor corporates — program design, risk-sharing arrangements, pricing, technology integration requirements, and SLAs.
- National Strategy & Planning: Define the national anchor acquisition strategy, target segments/industries, and revenue targets in line with overall SCF business goals.
- Cross-Zone Leadership: Work closely with zonal/regional sales teams to ensure smooth handover, onboarding, and scale-up of anchor programs across geographies; provide guidance and support for anchor-led sourcing.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain CXO/senior-management-level relationships with anchor corporates to ensure long-term partnership health, program expansion, and repeat business.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure smooth program launches and ongoing servicing.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor SCF programs, and anchor ecosystem developments to identify new opportunities and refine positioning.
- Reporting & Governance: Own the anchor partnership pipeline/P&L reporting, track program performance metrics, and present periodic updates to senior leadership.

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple zones/regions — prior exposure to a national or multi-zone leadership mandate.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong relationship management skills, with a track record of engaging and closing deals with CXOs and senior decision-makers at large corporates.
- Sound understanding of SCF products — dealer finance, vendor finance, invoice discounting and factoring.
