Primary Responsibilities:
- National Claims Manager Bancassurance
Additional Responsibilities:
Enhance claims settlement TAT through process optimizationand automation.
Reduce claims rejection percentage by improvingdocumentation, SOPs, and internal checks.
Develop and maintain SOPs for all types of claims,including Motor, Health, Life, Credit Life, and other asset-based claims.
Ensure record management as per regulatory guidelines andminimum information requirements.
Strengthen compliance with guidelines from IRDAI, insurancepartners, and internal audit frameworks.
Prepare and manage BRDs for claims systems (Motor, Health,Life, Others).
Implement a transparent customer journey on website andmobile app (AU0101).
Establish end-to-end integration with all insurancecompanies for a unified claims view (AU Claims Portal).
Build and manage claims MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and businessanalysis reports.
Develop an in-house unified system with end-to-end dataintegration for real-time claims tracking.
Educational qualifications preferred:
- Degree: Graduate / Postgraduate Preferably B.Tech (mechanical/automobile)
Functional Competencies:
Experience in BFSI/Bank-led Claim insurance specialized in General Insurance.
(Claims experience with Insurance Broking companies, Bank or General Insurance Cos.)
