NAPS-Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in production, maintenance, and quality operations
• Operate machinery and perform basic technical checks
• Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation
• Follow safety, quality, and operational standards
• Maintain daily reports and records
• Participate in training and skill development programs

Preferred candidate profile

• Course completed in 2025, or 2026
• No active backlogs at the time of joining
• Good academic track record preferred
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment (including shifts)
