NAPS / Company Trainee

1. Injection Moulding Trainee

• Learn and assist in injection moulding processes for polymer components.
• Support mould setting, material loading, and machine operations.
• Maintain required production quality and process standards.
• Assist in reducing rejection, wastage, and machine downtime.

2. Extrusion Trainee

• Learn and assist in extrusion processes for connecting tubes and garden hoses.
• Support material preparation, machine setup, and product changeovers.
• Ensure products meet required dimensional and quality specifications.
• Assist in controlling wastage, rejection, and production downtime.

3. Assembly & Automation Trainee

• Learn and support assembly operations for polymer-based products.
• Assist in operating semi-automatic and automated assembly equipment.
• Support line activities to achieve production and quality requirements.
• Assist maintenance and production teams in resolving machine and process issues.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Starting from 18,000, with the potential to earn up to 25,000.

Food & Accommodation: Food and accommodation will be provided on a subsidized basis.
