Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales activities within the assigned area.

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Track sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate or postgraduate.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Prior experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales activities and achieve business goals.
