Hiring for a Leading Asset Management Company | Hyderabad & Mumbai

1. Team Lead Customer Engagement

Experience: 8 TO 15 Years
CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
• Drive sales and revenue through Mutual Fund products.
• Manage Retail, HNI & UHNI client relationships.
• Support client acquisition and lead generation.
• Provide investment advisory and portfolio solutions.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in AMC, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong Mutual Fund and Capital Market knowledge.
• NISM certification preferred.
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory.

2. Product Specialist Customer Engagement

Experience: 4–7 Years
CTC: Up to 15 LPA
Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product-level targets across Equity & Debt products.
• Conduct product training sessions for employees and investors.
• Support sales teams with product positioning and market insights.
• Manage product-related queries and investor engagements.
• Work closely with RMs and key clients, including UHNI/Family Offices.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in AMC, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and Capital Markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
