Mutual Fund Sales & Distribution Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mutual Fund Sales & Distribution professional to drive MF business across Channel Sales, Retail Sales, Branch and P&A channels. The role will focus on AUM growth, revenue generation, SIP penetration, customer activation & retention, along with supporting sales teams through product knowledge, sales initiatives and AMC coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Mutual Fund sales across Channel, Retail, Branch & P&A channels.
• Drive AUM growth, revenue, SIP acquisition and customer activation.
• Work closely with Sales and Dealing teams to achieve business targets.
• Support sales teams with MF product knowledge, updates and sales inputs.
• Plan and execute MF campaigns, contests, sales drives and NFO initiatives.
• Drive SIP and NFO penetration across branch and retail customers.
• Analyse channel/product-wise performance and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with AMCs for product launches, training, campaigns and market updates.
• Support AMC empanelment in coordination with Legal and internal teams.
• Ensure timely circulation of product updates, NFO calendars and sales material.
• Coordinate with Operations and internal stakeholders to resolve product/process issues.
• Track branch-wise, channel-wise and product-wise AUM, sales and revenue performance.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and business performance reports.
• Stay updated on MF industry trends, market developments and competitor offerings.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal distribution guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Mutual Fund Sales / Distribution / Wealth Management / Retail Financial Products.
• Hands-on experience in offline MF distribution and branch-led sales.
• Experience working with Branch, Retail, Channel Sales or P&A teams.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, NFOs, AUM and revenue models.
• Experience in AMC coordination and stakeholder management.
• Strong sales orientation with good analytical and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance and AMC teams.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Mutual Fund distribution through Branch Banking, Retail, Channel Sales, P&A or other offline financial-services distribution models will be preferred.
