Mutual Fund Relationship Manager | RM

Role & responsibilities

• Handle and maintain relationships with existing mutual fund clients.
• Understand client financial goals and suggest suitable mutual fund investment options.
• Generate new clients through calls, references, leads, and networking.
• Explain mutual fund products, SIPs, lump-sum investments, and related services to clients.
• Follow up with clients for investments, SIPs, renewals, and additional business.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide good after-sales service.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and investments.
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, KYC, transactions, and client queries.
• Stay updated with mutual fund products, market developments, and company offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Graduation in any stream.
• NISM certification / mutual fund industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and investments.
• Experience in sales or client relationship management preferred.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
