Mutual Fund Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Mutual Fund Operations Executive with hands-on working experience on the BSE StAR MF platform. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day transaction processing for our clients, including SIP registrations and lump sum purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute purchase, redemption, switch and STP transactions on the BSE StAR MF portal
• Register new SIPs, process SIP mandates (NACH/e-mandate), and track mandate approval status
• Process lump sum investments and ensure same-day order placement within cut-off timings
• Onboard new clients UCC creation, KYC verification and documentation
• Reconcile transaction reports, follow up on failed or rejected orders, and resolve them
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech) and clients for queries and statements
• Maintain client records and generate portfolio/valuation reports as required
