About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records of investor details, transactions, and other relevant information.
- Addressing investor queries and providing assistance as needed.
- Utilizing appropriate software and systems for efficient back office operations.
- Online & Offline Form filling for various Platforms used for Investments.
- Documentation for Various Investment Products like Mutual Funds, Stocks, FDs, Bonds, PMS.
- Client communication via phone and email and management of clients servicing requests.
- Reconciliation of investor’s investments and other back office functions like MIS, nonfinancial
transactions, different types of reports.
- Co-ordinating with team, ensuring customer delight by achieving timely delivery & quality service
