Role & responsibilities

• Assist in distributor and partner onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for collection of required documents and information
• Track onboarding status and maintain related MIS, trackers, and records.
• Follow up with distributors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and onboarding progress.
• Provide operational support for distributor engagement initiatives and partner communication.
• Support data analysis and process improvement initiatives as assigned by the team

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• An MBA in Finance

Desired Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail and documentation management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
