Position: Mutual Fund Brokerage & Operations Executive

Department: Mutual Fund / Alternative Investment Products

Experience: 13 years in Mutual Funds, Banking or Financial Services.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate; preference will be given to candidates with a Finance/Commerce background.
• Good understanding of Mutual Fund transactions, Fixed Income and alternative investment

products.

• Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund, Brokerage/Commission Reconciliation and MIS.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of CAMS, K-Fintech, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Job Profile

We are looking for a candidate to handle day-to-day Mutual Fund Brokerage, Fixed Income and

Operations activities. The candidate will be responsible for brokerage tracking and reconciliation,

AMC/RTA coordination, payout processing, MIS reporting, maintaining Subbroker/

IFA/Franchisee/Branch records and ensuring timely completion of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Mutual Fund brokerage/commission activities, (including receivables,

receipts, payables, payments), reconciliation, and payouts.

• Prepare and circulate payout statements to respective branches, Sub-brokers, IFAs and CAs.
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, brokers for operational activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MF Brokerage, Fixed Income, FD/Bond and IPO

MIS.

• Perform month-on-month brokerage reconciliation, including folio-wise and rate-wise

reconciliation.

• Track unpaid brokerage, AMC income receipts and bank payments.
• Manage AMC income/expense booking, GST working, and provisions.
• Handle JV, payment and bank receipt entries in internal systems (Blitz).
• Maintain and update AMC-wise rate structures, sharing rates, and EUIN records.
• Track pending transactions, invoices, payments and other operational issues and ensure timely

resolution.

• Handle audit, TDS, Accounts and other internal/external operational queries as required
