Mutual Fund Back Office Executive

As a Back Office Executive, you will play a critical role in handling backend processes for client investments..This role is strictly for candidates with prior exposure to Mutual Fund Operations. Please apply only if you meet this requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Processing
Timely and accurate processing of client transactions (account opening, fund transfers, redemptions, switches, SIP registrations, etc.).
Maintain error-free entries and transaction records.
Ensure daily processing within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
2. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date client KYC, and regulatory documents.
Ensure all documentation is properly stored and retrievable as per audit requirements.
3. Reporting & MIS
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and portfolio reports on time.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client service requests, and pending tasks.
4. Client Service Support
To resolve client servicing issues.
Handle client operational queries (account statements, payouts, document requests, etc.).
Ensure prompt follow-up and closure of service requests.
