Job Summary Responsibilities

• Yuva Sur Sartaj (YSS) Support: Assist in planning and managing the YSS competition - artist outreach, communication, scheduling, and coordination with judges and venues.
• Yuva Sur Sartaj (YSS) Support: Help manage submissions, social media updates, and digital promotion of participants and winners.
• Artist Promotion Marketing: Support promotion plans for YSS winners, including studio recordings , artist interviews, and social media features.
• Coordinate with musicians, videographers, editors, and the social media team to deliver engaging content.
• Social Media Content Collaboration: Work with DMF s social media team to design and execute campaigns that make Hindustani Classical Music appealing to younger audiences.
• Assist with ideation, content planning, captions, and post scheduling across Instagram and YouTube.
• Concert Event Support: Help plan and execute DMF concerts and baithaks - logistics, artist coordination, audience management, and post-event follow-up.
