Murex Functional Tester

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute functional tests for Murex applications using various tools such as SQL and Unix shell scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test plans that meet business needs.
• Develop automated testing frameworks using Java-based technologies like Spring Boot and MXML.
• Analyze results, report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in software development or quality assurance with a focus on financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Murex system architecture and its components (e.g., trading, risk management).
• Proficiency in writing complex queries using SQL language.
• Experience with automating functional tests using scripting languages like Unix shell or Python.
